2 T dried rosemary
2 T chili powder
1 T kosher salt
1 T garlic granules
1 T dried ground oregano
1 T creole seasoning
1-1/2 t smoked cumin
1 t dry mustard
1 t smoked paprika
1 t black pepper
Mix well.
Refrigerate.
Lightly cover brined chicken thighs, legs or wings!
Must use bone-in, skin on!
Haven't tried breast yet!
