Melt In Your Mouth Honey Lemon BBQ Ribs



































1 Peter 2:15


[15] For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people.



1 rack baby back ribs, cut into individual ribs

1 lemon squeezed on front and back of ribs.

Place rub on front and back

Meaty side up

Place in large disposable pan, cover tightly with foil. 

Bake preheated 300 degree oven for 2-1/2 hours.

Uncover.

Drain juice.

Cover with BBQ sauce.

Drizzle with Honey.

Stick in oven without foil for 10 minutes.


Finishing sauce

BBQ sauce of your choice

Citrus Mesquite Buttery Ribs

Rack of St. Louis ribs (I get mine from Target)
1/2 of a Lemon
1/8 c clarified butter
1 t mesquite flavor liquid smoke
Rub of your choice

Cut ribs into 1-2 rib dimensions.
Add parchment to a 13x9 foil pan.
Place ribs on parchment.
Squeeze lemon over them.
Mix liquid smoke into clarified butter and pour over ribs.
Cover ribs with foil.
Add rub to ribs and put into a preheated 350 degree oven for 2-1/2 hours.
Drain juice off, add BBQ sauce to ribs, return ribs, uncovered, to oven for 5 minutes.

Oven Roasted Country Style Pork Ribs

These buttery tasting Cajun ribs are lip smacking!!

1 package country style pork ribs( I got mine at Sam's, $12 for 10 large
Cajun butter( I made mine, 1/4 c clarified butter, heated, then add 1/8 c light olive oil, 1 t onion powder, 1/2 t garlic granules, 1 t Cajun seasoning, 1/2 of a lemon juiced)
Injector 
Rub, I made my own based on a juke joint Saw's, recipe this blog under rub tab
1 lemon
2 small cokes

Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon over ribs.
Inject ribs with the Cajun butter.
Add cokes to a large foil pan.
Lay ribs on sides.
Bake covered tightly with foil 350 preheated degree oven for 1-1/2 hrs.
Drain off some of the juice, add rub and cover with foil and bake the other 1 hour.
The ribs should be easy to pull.
Serve with BBQ sauce or without.
Chop or pull.
Delicious either way.

Jenny Can Cook Ribs


































 
 
 
1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. - Romans 12:1-2



Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2 rack ribs, I used St. Louis
Rub of your choice
Lemon
BBQ sauce

Cut ribs into singles.
Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon on each rack.
Sprinkle with rub, both sides.
Place in pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake 2 1/2 hours.
Drain juice.
Drizzle with sauce.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and enjoy these fall off the bone ribs.
