Apple Bourbon Pork and Filet of Beef Rueben Sandwich

I created this recipe from leftovers.
I had been craving a Rueben but didn't want to go shopping, so I improvised!
The result, delicious!!!

Really thin sliced Apple bourbon pork tenderloin
