Easy Scratch Banana Pudding

43 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.'

44 But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

45 so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. - Matthew 5:43-45

1 c sugar

3 eggs

Whisk together.

6 bananas, sliced

Crumbled Bel vita cookies, I used 4 pgks of the cinnamon ( you can use vanilla wafer, Lorna Doons etc)

Layer cookies then bananas, repeat.

2 c milk

2 T cornstarch 

Pinch of salt

Pour all of milk into saucepan.

Whisk in salt and cornstarch, whisk in egg sugar mixture.

Boil on medium whisking until thick then add vanilla.

When thickened pour over cookie banana mixture.

Add cool whip.
