Bourbon Brown Sugar Bananas on Belgium Waffles

3 O LORD, what is man that you regard him, or the son of man that you think of him? 

4 Man is like a breath; his days are like a passing shadow.  - Psalm 144:3-4

3 bananas, sliced 

1 pat butter

1/4 c brown sugar

2 T bourbon

1 T vanilla

2 T heavy cream

Belgium waffles, recipe under breakfast tab 

Melt butter in a sauté pan, add brown sugar, vanilla and bourbon.

Cook 2 minutes.

Add bananas and cream. 

Sauté until sauce slightly thickens.
