Eph.6:12
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
An ej original recipe!
2 small pork tenderloins
Bang Bang Sauce
1 c sweet Chili Thai sauce
1/2 c Hoisin sauce
Fresh chopped parsley
Reserve a little for a drizzle on the loins after it's done.
Marinate the tenderloins overnight in a zip lock with the sauce.
Sear in a cast iron skillet, transfer to a roasting pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until the internal temp is 150 degrees.
Roast at what temperature?
ReplyDeleteSo sorry Lynne, 350 degrees.
DeleteIs the parsley part of the sauce, or for garnish only?
DeleteAdd before serving.
DeleteIs there a rack in the roasting pan?
ReplyDeleteNo, I did not use a rack.
ReplyDeleteCooking time?
ReplyDeleteHi Lana, I cook this according to the temp of the meat. The reason being, you don't want to overcook, which leads to chewy meat. We are under the impression that pink in pork means not done, but that's wrong. If i were guessing, I would say 30 minutes.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your great question!
