2 Regular Pet-Ritz Pie Crusts

1C sugar

3 eggs, beaten

½ C Karo syrup (light)

¼ C melted butter, cooled

1 ½ C chopped pecans

1 t cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 30- 40 minutes.

Beat eggs with a fork. Add the sugar, stir well. Add cooled butter and Karo. Add pecans and cinnamon. Pierce pie shells with fork to prevent bubbling up. Don’t poke a hole in the tin pan. Place ½ of mixture in each pie shell.
