6 Hawaiian roll

White American cheese

Pickled onion

Dill pickles

Tomato slices

Chipotle Mayo

1/4 c Mayo

1 t Honey

1/4 t Garlic granules 

Smoked Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 of a lime juiced

Mix and set aside.
