1/2 box of al dente cooked Rigatoni
Set aside
2 large chicken breast, de boned and skin off
1/2 c chopped onions
1 t roasted garlic
1/2 c roasted red bell peppers
1 t each Clarified butter and oil for searing
Small pkg of Frozen spinach
Seasoning for chicken
1/2 t each dried thyme, rosemary, oregano, garlic granules, onion powder, smoked paprika
Pinch of salt and pepper
Mix and sprinkle on both sides of chicken
Sauce
1/2 c spreadable cream cheese
1/2 c 3 cheese Italian blend
1/2 c Olive Garden Italian dressing
For finishing
1/2 c 3 cheese Italian blend
1/2 c Mozzarella
Isaiah 66:1-2
The Humble and Contrite in Spirit

Ground Pork and Wagyu Steak Patties
Seasoning below
1/2 lb each (makes 4 Patties)
10 oz Beef stock for gravy
Pinch of thyme, rosemary, oregano, onion powder and garlic granules
1 t each Dijon, Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Stir and set aside
Seasoning for Patties
1/2 t salt and pepper
1/2 t each garlic granules, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, cilantro and dried oregano
1 T tomato paste concentrate
1/2 c panko
1/4 c 3 cheese Italian blends
1 t spreadable cream cheese
Make and set aside.
Do not over handle or you will make them tough.
Heat IP on sauté to hot.
Add oil.
Sauté 2-3 min before flipping and repeat.
Remove, hit cancel.
Add gravy mix.
Scrape bits.
Add rack and set Patties on top of gravy.
Set button to Meat setting with pressure on.
Set timer for 6 minutes.
When done, do a 10 minute count then a release.
Remove Patties.
Add cornstarch slurry to thicken gravy.
Serve over gravy covered rice or mashed potatoes.

Judgment and Salvation
[1] I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for me;
I was ready to be found by those who did not seek me.
I said, “Here I am, here I am,”
to a nation that was not called by my name.
[2] I spread out my hands all the day
to a rebellious people,
who walk in a way that is not good,
following their own devices;
[3] a people who provoke me
to my face continually,
sacrificing in gardens
and making offerings on bricks;
[4] who sit in tombs,
and spend the night in secret places;
who eat pig’s flesh,
and broth of tainted meat is in their vessels;
[5] who say, “Keep to yourself,
do not come near me, for I am too holy for you.”
These are a smoke in my nostrils,
a fire that burns all the day.
[6] Behold, it is written before me:
“I will not keep silent, but I will repay;
I will indeed repay into their lap
[7] both your iniquities and your fathers’ iniquities together,
says the LORD;
because they made offerings on the mountains
and insulted me on the hills,
I will measure into their lap
payment for their former deeds.”
1/4 of a 2 lb pkg of sausage ( I used Tennessee Pride)
1 sm diced Vidalia onion
1/4 c mild Rotel tomatoes
1/3 of the small pkg. Velveeta cut into chunks
1/3 c Quesadilla cheese( Mexican section)
1 T cilantro
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t toasted cumin
1/2 c half and half
Brown sausage and onion.
Add Rotel.
Add half and half, all the cheese, herbs and the seasonings.
Turn to low just to melt cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips!

1 lb Wagyu Beef made into 4 equal Patties
Seasoning
Seasoned salt
Cracked Mixed Peppercorn
Mardi Gras seasoning
Slider buns toasted with Havarti cheese
Sliced tomatoes
Left over onion Casserole, heated
Special sauce
1 t Mayo
1 t yellow mustard
1 t BBQ sauce
Mix and set aside
Fry Patties until desired amount of doneness.
Should be crispy outside juicy inside.
Place patty on toasted cheese topped Brioche slider buns.
Spread special sauce on bun.
Add 1 t of warmed onion Casserole on to burger and top with tomato slice.
