Squash Cornbread Dressing

                                                                                                                            


Proverbs 29:11 

11 Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.

 
 
1 stick of butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. cooked squash drained
2 c. cooked cornbread crumbled
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
Steam squash with the onions, and then mix everything together.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.

Chicken Peas Mushrooms In Mascarpone Sauce With Rotini Pasta

2 c Left over chicken, I combined Tenders and smoked lemon pepper

2 T Clarified butter for sautéing 

1 c Mushroom

1/2 c leeks

1/2 c onions

1/8 c Olive Garden Italian dressing

1/4 c mascarpone 

1/4 c Parmesan 

1/4 c frozen English peas

1 c whole milk

Black pepper, according to taste

2 c cooked corkscrew pasta, al dente


Italian Sauced Zucchini

4 Zucchini, chopped

Drizzle Olive Garden Italian dressing

Salt and pepper to taste


Large pan lined with parchment.

Add Zucchini, drizzle with dressing.

Lightly salt and pepper.

Bake preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Mini PayDay Candy Bars






























I will bring you to a dreadful end, and you shall be no more. Though you be sought for, you will never be found again, declares the Lord GOD." - Ezekiel 26:21




12 oz melt-able peanut butter chips, I used Reese 

2 c mini marshmallows 

3 T butter

1 can condensed milk

24 oz of dry roasted salted peanuts

Extra butter to grease 13x9 pan


On low heat, stirring constantly, melt chips, marshmallows, butter and condensed milk.

Grease pan with butter, cover bottom in peanuts. 

Evenly pour filling over all peanuts. 

Sprinkle remaining peanuts over filling and slightly mash into filling with a spoon.

Refrigerate until cooled.

Go around the outside with a butter knife.

Cut into mini squares and store in fridge.

These are slightly sticky but delicious!!

Smoked Sausage Piggies and Sweet Chili Thai Dipping Sauce



































31 And I will pour out my indignation upon you; I will blow upon you with the fire of my wrath, and I will deliver you into the hands of brutish men, skillful to destroy.

32 You shall be fuel for the fire. Your blood shall be in the midst of the land. You shall be no more remembered, for I the LORD have spoken." - Ezekiel 21:31-32



Bake preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.


1 beaten egg

1 can of crescent rolls, separated and cut into lengthwise strips, three strips to a triangle 

Cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch chunks


Roll sausage in the strips.

Brush with beaten egg.

Bake.

Enjoy!


Sauce


1 t Sweet chili Thai sauce

1 t Mayo

1 t Yellow mustard 


Mix well.
