Ham chunks or ham bone

1 lb dried black eyed peas, picked for debris and washed

1 small Onion, chopped

1 small Jalapeño, chopped 

2 T roasted Garlic

1 T Sugar

2 t Cajun seasoning 

2 t chicken base seasoning 

Water to cover 1/4 inch over Peas

Set to pressure 

Cook 45 minutes
