2 c left over goulash ( this has meatballs, pasta, tomatoes and cheese

2 small potatoes microwave 2 minutes each side

1 large carrot, chopped 

1/2 c cooked Ford Hook lima beans

1 small onion

1c shredded cabbage

1 t olive oil

1 T cream

1 T cottage cheese 

3 c Beef stock 

1 c water

2 small bay leaves

1/2-1 t sugar

1/2 t smoked paprika 

1/2 t black pepper 

Sauté onions, Cabbage and carrots in oil till slightly tender

Add rest of ingredients 

Simmer 20 minutes until potatoes are tender
