 Fried butterflied seasoned Boneless Pork Chop, cut from Tenderloin, fried crispy, coat in cornstarch 

Sweet Slaw

Chili sauce no beans

Sliced salted Tomato 

1 T Mayo and 1 T Mustard mixed together equal parts

1 small Onion, sliced or chopped 

Toasted white soft Bun

Slather Mayo/mustard on bun

Layer chop on bun, chili sauce, onion, then tomato ending with slaw 

This sandwich was delicious
