John 5:21-23
[21] For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom he will. [22] For the Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, [23] that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.
2 lb trimmed pork belly, cut into 1 inch bites
1 T neutral oil
1/4 c chopped onion
Braise
1 c chicken broth
2 T dark soy sauce
2 T light soy sauce
3 T Shaoxing wine
1/2 t Chinese 5 spice
2 T brown sugar
Slurry
1 tbsp room temp water
1 tbsp corn starch
Bring pork to boil covered in water with 2 ginger slices
Cook 2 minutes
Drain and rinse
Set aside on paper towels
Sear in oil in IP
Add braise liquid
Stir
Cook on high pressure 25 minutes
Do a slow release
Thicken liquid with slurry
Serve with stick rice and broccoli
