3/4 c warm milk

1/2 c warm water

1 T sugar

2-1/2 t instant yeast

1/2 t salt

In small bowl whisk yeast, sugar water and milk, proof 10 minutes, should be frothy

Rise for 1 hour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray dough tops with non stick and a few spritz of water
