Psalm 144:3-4

Ale Gravy
I c light color beer ( I used Belgium White Ale from Aldi)
1 T water
1 T cornstarch
4 Boneless Skinless chicken breast
Make a brine of 1/8 c salt and water to cover in a gallon zip lock
Brine immersed for 1 hr in fridge.
Pat breast dry and set aside
Seasoning Paste
1 &1/2 T grape seed oil ( or any neutral oil)
1 t dried oregano
1 t garlic granules
1 t black pepper
1/2 t onion powder
1 t smoked paprika
1 t toasted cumin
Glaze both sides of chicken.
Add 1 T oil to IP.
Heat IP on sear setting.
Sear in IP on sauté 3 minutes each side.
Remove.
Add Ale and deglaze pan.
Hit cancel button.
Place rack in IP.
Lay 4 brined breast on rack.
Cover, lock, set lid to pressure.
Set to high pressure.
Set timer to 5 minutes.
Let come to pressure.
After cook time ends, set stove timer for 8 minutes to allow some pressure to come off.
After 8 minutes, let rest of pressure off.
Remove chicken to plate and rest 5 minutes.
After rest, pull chicken into bite size pieces.
Add cornstarch slurry to Ale drippings to make gravy.
Set to sauté and thicken.
Serve on a bed if rice with Ale gravy drizzled over chicken.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
