Deviled Pork Chops

Based on an America's Test Kitchen Recipe

Crust
1/2 c panko browned in 2 T butter cook for 4 minutes. Add 1/8 t salt and set aside

4 -1/2 inch thick natural pork Chops patted dry 

Paste
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1 t brown sugar
1 1/2 t Dry mustard 
1/2 t roasted Garlic
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 t each salt and pepper

Divide paste into equal amounts to brush on chops.
Divide panko into equal amounts and pat onto top of Chops.
Bake on rack 275 for 35 minutes or until an internal temp of 140 degrees.
Rest 10 minutes.
