6 ears of sweet corn, shaved off cob

1 c water

2 T softened cream cheese

Splash of half and half

Diced Green onions

Fry until tender, add onions and black pepper bacon at the end.

1/2 c softened butter

1 t bacon grease

4 pieces black pepper bacon fried crisp and diced 

Mix well.

Refrigerate until hardened.

Serve over steak etc!

Loaded Cheese Beef Hot Dog Quesadilla

Psalm 77:13-14

    [13] Your way, O God, is holy.

    [14] You are the God who works wonders;

        you have made known your might among the peoples.

2 Beef hot dog, cut in half lengthwise and pan fried

Mix German kraut, diced onions, sweet Relish and yellow mustard 

Grated cheddar cheese

Flour tortillas, cut in half lengthwise

Drizzle olive oil in non stick skillet. 

On medium low heat lay 1/2 of the tortillas, add cheese, wiener and topping then more cheese to seal.

Weigh down, toast and flip, weigh down.

Remove to plate.

These are delicious!!
