1/2 of a Sour dough loaf, cut into thin slices ( I got 8 slices)
10 Olives, chopped, I used Castelvetrano,
1/2 stick Butter, softened
1/4 c spreadable Cream cheese
2 Green onions, chopped
2 T Roasted red bell pepper, chopped
5 slices thin Pepperoni, chopped
1 T Roasted mashed Garlic
1/2 t Olive oil
Black pepper, to taste
Mix oil, cream cheese and softened butter with a fork
Add rest of ingredients
Stir until incorporated
Spread on bread slices
Air fry 450 degrees in batches for 7 minutes ( I did 4 at a time)
The rest of the batches cook in 5 minutes because the air fryer is hot

An ej original recipe!!
1(8 count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls, Pillsbury
1/2 can coconut pecan frosting, ( like the one for German Chocolate cake)
1/3 can Cream cheese frosting
Juice of 2 segments of oranges
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 2 segments of oranges
1 c chopped microwave roasted pecans
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Bake on next to bottom rack
Use deep dish 9-inch greased pie plate
Add zest and juice to Pecan frosting and stir
Add the other 2 segments of juice to cream cheese frosting and stir
Spread 1/2 can pecan frosting over the bottom
Spread 1/3 can of cream cheese over Pecan frosting
Sprinkle the toasted chopped pecans evenly over the frosting
Place the rolls, sugar side up, on top of the 2 frostings and pecans
Mash lightly into frosting
Bake the rolls, uncovered for 25-30 minutes
Check roll with toothpick
Let rest for 5 minutes in pie plate
Cover top of pie dish with a pizza pan
Flip pie dish over with pizza pan on top
Carefully remove pizza pan
Let set 10 minutes before before serving to allow caramel to slightly thicken

Chicken Meatballs
Havarti slices
Grated cheddar Cheese
Bacon bits
Toppings
Dill Pickles slices
Mustard
Use 2 muffin pans with 12 count muffin cups, spray with non stick
Fill one pan with chicken Meatballs
Fill other pan half the way with sliced Havarti and grated cheddar cheese and a few crispy bacon bits
Mash Meatball pan with 1/4 size metal measure cup (spray bottom with non stick)to flatten and repeat to make cheese buns
Bake preheated 375 degree oven for
20-25 minutes until cheese is crispy and Meatballs are 170 degrees

Sear seasoned chops in 1 T olive oil on sauté
Remove to plate
Sauté onions
Add gravy ingredients, stir
Add rack and set chops on top
Cover with cheese slice
Cook 5 minutes on pressure cook
Do a 8 minute release
Ck temp of chop, needs to be 155 degrees or more
Remove chops to cutting board
Cool 5 minutes
While chops cool, to thicken, stir gravy on sauté
Slice chops, and return to gravy
3 large seasoned, according to your taste Boneless pork chops, slightly pounded
1 Onion
1 t roasted garlic
1/2 t thyme
1 t chicken base seasoning
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
3 slices Swiss cheese on top of chops
