Takes like you took hours making but it was just a few minutes!!!
1 Duncan Hines Classic White Cake Mix
1 small box strawberry jello, 3 oz.( I used Aldi brand)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c olive oil
1/4 c water
1 c mashed fresh strawberries
Mix cake mix and powdered jello mixture together with a whisk.
With a wooden spoon stir in eggs, water and oil.
Then gently stir in mashed strawberries.
13x9 pan 350 degree preheated oven 35-45 minutes or until toothpick stuck in middle comes our clean.
Bake.
Cool before glazing.
1/2 stick cream cheese, softened
1/4 c butter, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
1 T milk
With hand held mixer, whip cream cheese and butter.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
Using mixer, whip until incorporated.
If too thick add 1/2 t milk.
Spread on cooled cake.
Cover.
Refrigerate.
