Psalm 63:1-4
A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.
[1] O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you;
my soul thirsts for you;
my flesh faints for you,
as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.
[2] So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary,
beholding your power and glory.
[3] Because your steadfast love is better than life,
my lips will praise you.
[4] So I will bless you as long as I live;
in your name I will lift up my hands.
2 T butter
2 T flour
Melt butter, add flour
Whisk until bubbly
Add
1 c milk
1/4 t salt
1/4 t chili powder
1/4 t sugar
Cook until thickened
Add
2 oz each grated Hoop, Gouda and Pepper Jack
Turn off heat and whisk until cheese melts
Drizzle over BBQ pork nachos
Base
Tortilla chips
Toppings for nachos
Sliced Onions
Diced Pickled Jalapeño
Chopped Tomato
