2 c buttermilk complete pancake mix
1-1/2 c water
1 lb cooked sausage, drained
1 c cheddar cheese
1/4 c maple syrup
Mix.
Put in mini muffin tin 3/4 full.
Bake 400 degree oven for 10 -13 minutes.
Refrigerate and microwave as needed.
Yield 48
