Leftover Mustard Brown Sugar Turkey and Cabbage Pan Fried Dumplings

































1 Peter 4:12-14


Suffering as a Christian


[12] Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. [13] But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. [14] If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.


 

An ej original recipe!!


 

1/2 c leftover turkey, White and Dark

Set aside


16 Round dumpling or won ton wrappers


1 c chopped Cabbage 

1/4 c chopped Onion

1/4 c sliced mushrooms 

1 t roasted garlic

Pinch pepper flakes 

1 t toasted sesame oil


Stir fry veggies in oil.

Add seasoning sauce to Cabbage mixture.

Cool


Seasoning sauce 

1 t Mirin

1 t Ponzu sauce

1 t brown sugar

1/4 salt and pepper


Place veggie mix in mini food processor pulse. 

Add turkey to make a paste.

Place a teaspoon amount in middle of wrapper and seal edges with water.


For dipping, serve with Sweet Chili Thai sauce.
