        before his eyes.

An ej original recipe! 

1/2 c Dukes mayo

1/2 c spreadable cream cheese

1/2 c sour cream

A few shakes of Cholula ( I did 4)

1/2 t red pepper flakes 

1 t sugar

1/2 t seasoned salt

1/2 t Mrs Dash table seasoning 

1/2 t black pepper 

1 T roasted garlic 

1 t bacon grease 

2 c shredded mozzarella 

2 c shredded hoop 

Mix 

Line large bowl with 2 pieces plastic wrap 

to give a large over hang

Mold into ring

Leave hole in middle for preserves 

Top with toppings 

Refrigerate 2 hours 

Enjoy

1/2 of these for topping and 1/2 for mixing in the cheese ring 

3 green onions, diced 

1/2 c crispy bacon bits, microwaved

1 c roasted pecans, microwaved

Pineapple preserve for middle
