Separate Ham slices


In a pan sprayed with non stick pan put eggs, poke yolk with knife, salt and pepper 

Drizzle cream on top

Bake eggs for 7-10 minutes until set


8 eggs or ( I used 4 eggs and 1 c liquid egg white)

3 T heavy cream 

1/2 t kosher salt 

1/4 t black pepper


12 Ct Hawaiian rolls, cut in half lengthwise 

4 T cowboy butter, divided *

3 diced green onions

8 slices Havarti cheese 


Prepare butter Cowboy butter

1/2 c unsalted butter, softened

2 t roasted mashed garlic

1 t dried parsley

1/2 T dried chives 

2 t Dijon mustard

1 t grated lemon zest

1/2 t fresh lemon juice

1 t smoked paprika

1 t kosher salt

1/2 t cracked black pepper

1/2 t dried thyme

1/4 t chili powder

1/4 t crushed red pepper

Melt butter in pan

Stir in garlic, parsley, chives, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, chili powder, and crushed red pepper.

Cool


Brush butter on bottom layer of rolls

Reserve some for tops


Fill in this order

Butter Hawaiian Roll bottoms 

Ham slices

Egg

Cheese

Top Hawaiian roll brushed with cowboy butter 

Cover with foil

Bake preheated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes
