Sourdough Discard Waffles

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hebrews 13:8

[8] Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

1 c sourdough discard 

1 c buttermilk

1 egg

Whisk

2 T sugar

1 c AP flour

1/2 t salt

1 t baking soda

3 T melted butter or oil

Whisk

Incorporate wet to dry

Whisk

There will be some tiny lumps

Let batter rest 10 minutes 

Heat waffle maker 

Spray waffle maker with non stick

Ladle batter into waffle maker 

Remove waffle to plate

Butter and drizzle with maple syrup
