Edamame Succotash






49 John answered, "Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he does not follow with us."

6 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 Onion
1 Leek
2 T roasted garlic
3 ears of fresh Corn
1 bag frozen Edamame, thawed and cooked
1 t Balsamic vinegar
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook bacon, reserve 1 T of grease.
Sauté leeks, garlic, pepper strips and onions in grease.
Add fresh corn kernels, balsamic vinegar and cooked beans.
Season with salt and pepper.
When corn is tender, add bacon.
