Romans 3:10-12

4 Hawaiian rolls, cut open

2 slices Provolone cheese cut each slice into 4 pieces

Place cheese on each half

Place meats on 4 halves 

Air fry 375 for 8 minutes 


2 slices Maple Honey Ham

4 slices Pepperoni

2 slices Maple Honey Turkey

Divide into 4 meat stacks 


Sauce

1 t Mayo

1 t Italian dressing

Splash Apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Pinch of Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano

1/4 t garlic granules 

Mix


1/4 c Chopped Lettuce 

1/4 c Chopped Onion

1/4 c Chopped tomato 

2 T chopped pepperoncini

Toss in sauce

2 bags frozen California Medley from Aldi

1/2 c chopped onions or leeks or shallots

1/4 c butter 

1/4 c olive oil

1/2 c Mayo

1/2 c sour cream

1 c crushed Ritz crackers 

2 c shredded cheese ( I used 1 c each of smoked Gouda and white cheddar)

1/2 t salt

1/2 t garlic granules 

1/2 t cracked black pepper 


Air fry 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender

13x9 greased pan

Mix everything together until coated

Top with Ritz and cheese

Easy Apple Fritters



































Psalm 90:12

1-1/2 c grated apples

Toss apples in sugar/cinnamon mixture 


Sugar/cinnamon mixture 

2T sugar

1 t cinnamon 

Whisk

Set aside


Wet ingredients 

1/3 c buttermilk 

1 egg 

Whisk together 

Set aside 


Dry 

1 c AP flour

1/4 c sugar

1/4 t kosher salt

1-1/2 t baking powder 

Whisk

Add wet 

Stir with spatula 

Add in sugared apples


Heat 1-1/2 inch peanut oil in a small Dutch oven to 370 degrees

Fry 2-3 minutes on each side

4 Fritters at a time 

Drain on paper towels

Cool on the rack


Icing

1-1/2 c powdered sugar

1-1/2 T heavy cream

Whisk

Drizzle over warm Fritters

Teriyaki Beef and Mixed Veggies

Serve with sticky rice and egg roll 



Filet of Beef ( I used the trash pieces off the tenderloin) These are the clean up pieces that are from trimming

1/4 c or more Teriyaki sauce

Ziploc bag 

Marinate 1 hr


Fresh veggies mix

1 medium Onion, sliced

1 c Broccoli 

1 c Bell pepper 

1 Carrot

Garlic

Soy sauce

Olive oil


Garnish

Roasted peanuts

Spicy Garlic Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream
































Psalm 93:2


    [2] Your throne is established from of old;

        you are from everlasting.




(14 bites 1/2 inch size) I cut down a whole tenderloin and used scraps to make the bites

2 T Butter

2 Garlic cloves, sliced

Good pinch Red pepper flakes

2 t Cornstarch to dust bites


Melt butter 

Add garlic and pepper flakes 

Fry until garlic is tender and remove to plate

Add cornstarch dusted bites

Sear until lightly crispy

Remove

Build Parmesan sauce


Parmesan sauce

Using pan drippings, add garlic back

1 c heavy cream

1 c Parmesan 

1/2 t red pepper flakes 

Sauté until slightly thickened 

Add bites back in 

Spoon sauce over bites

Sprinkle with chives

Serve
