2 T butter 

1 T olive oil

1 lb button mushrooms 

1 small diced sweet onion

2 T roasted garlic 

2 T Sauvignon Blanc 

1 t Thyme

2 t Parsley

Salt and pepper to 

Heat butter and oil 

Add herbs and bloom

Add onions and garlic

Sauté until onions are tender

Add wine, slightly reduce 

Add mushrooms

Flip a few times

Cook until soft and lightly browned 

Salt and pepper

Swoon
