Crispy Fried Tilapia Tacos

1 Peter 2:22-25

[22] He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth. [23] When he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but continued entrusting himself to him who judges justly. 2 pieces of tilapia (cut in strips) Got mine from Aldi in frozen section

Lime, juiced

Fajita size flour tortillas, toasted 

Season mix

1 t salt

1 t pepper 

1 t Cajun seasoning 

1/2 t garlic 

1 t smoked paprika 

Dredge

1/2 c potato starch 

1/2 c cornmeal

Fry in peanut oil 350 degrees until light brown and crispy

Apple salsa ( 1/4 c salsa, 1 diced apple and 1 t sugar

Lettuce

Radishes 

Onions

Mini red sweet peppers 

Sour cream
