[5] one Lord, one faith, one baptism, [6] one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
2 c chopped leftover turkey
Set aside
1 T Clarified butter
1 large Shallot, diced
1 T roasted Garlic
1 T diced Fresno chilies
Sauté Shallots, garlic and chilies in butter in a large braiser pan
Add
1/8 c heavy cream
1/4 c spreadable cream cheese
1/8 c Italian 4 cheese blend (Sam's club)
3 T Red wine (I used Cotes du Rhone) found at Publix
1 c pasta water
Salt and pepper to taste
6 oz cooked Angel hair pasta set aside and reserve 1 c pasta water
