Whoever spares the rod hates his son,
but he who loves him is diligent to discipline him.
An ej original recipe!!
1 qt Chicken bone broth
1 c shredded Cabbage
1 c chopped Potatoes, microwave 2 minutes each side
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1 T pickled Ginger, diced
1 T Soy
3 T Brown sugar
1 t Panang curry
1/8 c Mirin
1/8 c Heavy cream
Bring to a simmer.
Taste and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Add noodles.
Add broth and veggies to bowl.
Put shrimp in hot broth to heat.
Add toppings.
Enjoy this explosion of heat and flavor.
Cooked Shrimp for each bowl
1 pkg Ramen noodles, discard seasoning
Toppings
Sliced really thin fresh Jalapeño
Tomato, seeded and chopped
Fresh chopped cilantro
