Leftover Ukrainian Chicken Kyiv Breakfast Gravy

An ej original recipe!


 

 

Left over chicken Kyiv (sliced)* I had 1 c 

1 T olive oil

2 T Flour

Milk

Seasoning 


Fry the leftovers in a little olive oil 

Add flour and fry until dissolved 

Add milk and seasonings

Enjoy over Grits

Ukrainian Chicken Kyiv































No dry chicken breast here!

The ground chicken worked great!





Psalm 28:2


    [2] Hear the voice of my pleas for mercy,

        when I cry to you for help,

    when I lift up my hands

        toward your most holy sanctuary.



Compound butter

1 stick softened Butter 

1/2 t Smoked Paprika

1/2 t Lemon zest

1/2 t Ginger

3 T Fresh Dill 

Pinch Cayenne 

Mix and make into football shapes 

Freeze for at least 15 minutes 



1 lb. Ground Chicken 

1/2 t Garlic granules 

1/2 t Dill 

1/2 t Paprika 

Salt and pepper 

Mix

Grease hands

Make into 8 football shapes

Seal frozen butter into chicken ball

Freeze for 30 minutes


Dredge ingredients 

Flour

Egg-water mixture

Seasoned panko (dill lemon zest Parmesan) add a little oil



Bake on parchment lined sheet pan

Spray each shape with non stick spray or a drizzle oil

Preheated air fryer 375 degrees for 30 minutes turning half way through cook time

Bread Bowls



























 

 

 

 

 

Psalm 8:3-4


    [3] When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,

        the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, 

    [4] what is man that you are mindful of him,

        and the son of man that you care for him?



1-1/2 c warm water 110 -112 degree

2 T Instant yeast

1 T sugar

3-1/2 c aerated bread flour

1-1/4 t salt

2 T melted butter for after baking finishing 


Mix water, sugar, yeast in bowl for 10 minutes to bloom 

Mixture should be foamy

Add flour and salt to bowl and whisk

Add flour mixture and yeast mixture to stand mixer bowl and mix on medium 

Dough will come together and pull away from sides of bowl, knead for 5 minutes in mixer

Put dough on parchment and kneed 5 more minutes 

Rise dough, covered in bowl for 30 minutes 

I put in oven with light on

Bring dough out

Cut dough into 6 equal pieces

Roll into balls

Put on non stick sprayed parchment 

Spray with 2 mist of water 

Preheat oven to 500 degrees

Rise dough balls for 15 minutes covered

Bake 2 minutes 

Take out dough balls

Spray with 2 sprays mist of water 

Turn oven down to 400 degrees and put dough balls back in

Bake 15 minutes or until internal temp is 190

Baste roll with melted butter

Carefully cut top out of bowl

Use a spoon to scoop out most of the bread

Fill with soup

Ground Chicken and Ground Mortadella Breakfast Sausage






























Psalm 126:5-6

        bearing the seed for sowing,

    shall come home with shouts of joy,

        bringing his sheaves with him.



An ej original recipe!!



1 lb ground Chicken 

1 dinner cut slice mortadella (Publix)

1 t brown sugar 

Pinch of pepper flakes 

Pinch of nutmeg

Salt and pepper

1/4 t garlic granules 

1/4 t onion powder 

1/4 t sage

1/4 t thyme 

1/4 t rosemary 

1/4 t smoked paprika 


Mix just to incorporate 

Make patties (I got 10)

Place in ziplock and freeze 

To fry, add a little olive oil

Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup
























 

 

 

 

Ecclesiastes 11:5


[5] As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.



2 T olive oil

1 t butter

1 chopped Onion

1 chopped stalk Celery

1 match stick cut Carrot

1 t Roasted garlic 

Pinch of red pepper flakes 

1/4 c flour

1/4 dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 t Dry mustard 

1 qt chicken bone broth 

1 c half and half 

1/2 c heavy cream

1 qt water

1 c shredded Rotisserie chicken 

1 c fresh spinach 

1 (14 oz pkg potato Gnocchi) (Costco 3 pkg)


Sauté carrots, onion, celery, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs in oil butter mixture just till slightly tender

Add flour

Add broth and water, chicken and spinach 

After 5 minutes add Gnocchi

Ready to serve in 5 minutes
