[6] But godliness with contentment is great gain, [7] for we brought nothing into the world, and we cannot take anything out of the world. [8] But if we have food and clothing, with these we will be content.
1 plain small Pork tenderloin cut in half lengthwise
1 jar Char Siu sauce (Lee Kim Kee)
Marinate 2 hours
Air fry 425 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping 3 times and drizzle with honey every 5 minutes
Internal temp should be 150 degrees
Slice thin
Broth
1 qt Water or chicken stock
2 green onions cut in half
2 t chopped ginger
1 t neutral oil
1/2 t white pepper
1 t Soy sauce
1 t sesame oil
1/2 t salt
1 t sugar
Noodles
I used flat rice noodles
Cook drain and set aside
2 c stir fried thin sliced Cabbage
Slices of cooked pork
Garnish
Green onion curly q's, paper thin slice green parts, add ice to bowl and let sit 10 minutes drain
Chili crunch
To serve
Place noodles in individual bowls
Add broth just to cover noodles
Add slices of pork to the side
Add Cabbage to the side
Add a teaspoon of chili crunch
Add onion curly q's
