1 c sautéed mushrooms (drained)

1 small Shallot, chopped 

3 cheese blend (Italian)

3 T clarified butter 

Steak seasoning ( I used Kinder Wood Fired Garlic)

1/4 c panko

1/8 c heavy cream

Mix 

Fry in clarified butter

Toppings

Provolone cheese

Dill pickle

Mustard 

Bacon

Hawaiian roll

Mash flat, add cheese, toast
