1/2 c sour cream

1/2 c spreadable cream cheese

1/4 c Feta crumbles

1/2 t sugar

1/4 t Italian seasoning 

1/2 t hot chopped Calabrian peppers

1 t chopped onions

1/4 c chopped olives

1 t roasted garlic 

1/4 t vodka, gin or vermouth 

1/4 t White Balsamic vinegar( only use if using vodka)

1/2 c diced Rotisserie chicken breast 

Pinch of garlic powder

Pinch of onion powder

Black pepper to taste

Crust topping

2 T Panko

2 T Canned Fried onions rings

2 T Parmesan 

Air fry 350 degrees 15-20 minutes 

Top with snipped green onions 

Eat on crackers or tortillas chips

This recipe may be doubled

3/4 of a quart Leftover beef pot roast with carrots and potatoes (cut beef into bite size pieces)

1/3 c Gravy

2 c Beef stock

Water 

1 ear of shaved Corn 

1/2 c Okra, chopped 

1/4 c Green peas 

1 c Macaroni pasta

1 Bay leaf

1 T tomato paste concentrate 

1 t sugar

Place in pot

Bring to light boil

Turn to simmer 

Simmer 20 minutes
