1/2 -1 shot Whiskey (I used Woodford Reserve)

1/4 shot maraschino cherry juice

1 shot orange juice with pulp

2 shots Ginger Ale ( I used Canada Dry)

3 shakes orange bitters

1 Cherry 

1 t Honey 

1/4 c crushed Ice

Shake or blend

Green Smoothie for Tummy

 

 

Ecclesiastes 7:20

[20] Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.

An ej original recipe!

1/4 c oj with pulp

1/8 c whole milk

2 T agave 

2 T probiotic Greek Yogurt 

1/4 c ice

1/4 c canned mandarin oranges

1/4 c canned peaches

1 chopped Apple

1/4 c frozen spinach 

1/4 chopped English cucumber 

2 T ground flax seed

Blend on margarita setting

Makes 3 smoothies

Frozen Peach Bourbon Mule

 

 

 

 

1 Timothy 5:23

[23] (No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.)

1-1/2 oz  Woodford Reserve Bourbon 

2 c fresh frozen sliced peaches

1/2 of a lime juiced

3/4 of a mini ginger ale

1 T agave 

Place ingredients in blender.

I used the Daiquiri setting. 

If you want it slushy add a couple of ice cubes.

Makes 2 small cocktails.

Very delicious, perfect for sipping. 

Spiked Orange Creamsicle Cocktail

Malachi 3:16

The Book of Remembrance

[16] Then those who feared the LORD spoke with one another. The LORD paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the LORD and esteemed his name.

1 qt orange juice

1/4 c granulated sugar

3 T Eagle Brand

1 c  Good bourbon whiskey (I like Woodford Reserve)

1 t vanilla extract

1/4 c White chocolate liquid syrup 

(for ice cream, I like Torani brand)

1/4 c vanilla-flavored vodka or whiskey

Maraschino cherries for garnish 

Mix together and serve! Yum!!

Yummy Hot Cocoa

Micah 7:19

    [19] He will again have compassion on us;

        he will tread our iniquities underfoot.

    You will cast all our sins

        into the depths of the sea.

Crock pot or large sauce pan

8 c skim, 2 % or whole milk

5 oz evaporated milk

8 oz good quality dark chocolate melts(I used Ghirardelli)

4 oz good quality white chocolate melts

1 T instant espresso

2 T Mexican cocoa mix (I used Abuelita)

1/4 c eagle brand condensed or more 

1 T vanilla 

1 t cinnamon 

Pinch of salt

Serve with marshmallows, whip cream, chocolate mint, peppermint or Pirouline rolled cookies.

1/4 c white sugar

1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder, I used Nestle Toll House 

4 c milk, I used whole 

1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips

1 t vanilla 

Put cocoa powder and sugar in a medium size pot, whisk together. 

Pour in milk, turn on medium heat, slowly whisk continuously, bring to a light boil, add chocolate chips and vanilla.

This was delicious, just with whipped cream.

You can add whipped cream, marshmallows, spices, etc

2 c Kirkland canned peaches, drain and process to make purée 

1- 2 T agave

LaMarca Prosecco, I like the Italian ones 

Place 3-4 T peach purée in flute or wine glass. 

Add agave, stir into purée, then prosecco.

Taste and adjust!

1 c hot coffee, decaf or regular 

1 t dry creamer

1 t coffee liqueur, I use Boulaine

1/2 t white chocolate syrup

1/2 t caramel syrup

1/2 t mocha powder, I use Malted Milk chocolate 

Whipped topping

Delicious!!

Pecan Coffee Salted Caramel Cold Brew

30 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters.

31 Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

32 And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come. - Matthew 12:30-32

This was yummy!!

1/4 c Pecan cold brew coffee, I used Chameleon found at Sprouts, in the cold section  

2 T Torani salted caramel syrup( for coffee) 

3/4 c milk

Stir with a straw.

Toppings

Add whipped spray topping a few inches thick.

Drizzle caramel and white chocolate ice cream syrup ( I used Torani) over whipped topping. 

Sprinkle chocolate malted milk powder over top.

Enjoy!

DIY Chai Latte

"Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"  - Psalm 46:10

This was so delicious!!

What a treat!!

For the tea:

2 single serving black tea bags (brew water in Keurig) add bags after

1 c water (select appropriate cup size)

1 t cinnamon

1/2 t ground ginger

1/4 t allspice

For the milk:

1 c milk( I am going to try Almond milk )

1/4 c brown sugar ( I am going to try Agave)

2 T dry non flavored coffee creamer

1 t vanilla extract 

Topping: Spray whipped topping

Pinch of nutmeg

To the cup add cinnamon, ginger and allspice. 

I used a red plastic disposable one.

Add tea bags to red cup.

Add tea water then add the spices.

Stir and set aside.

Place milk, brown sugar and creamer in a small pan.

Heat on medium heat until there are no lumps, around 5 minutes.

Take off heat and add vanilla extract.

Divide equally between 2 coffee cups.

Stir in the tea mixture, add whipped cream and a pinch of nutmeg.

Be prepared for yummy goodness!!

Vanilla Caramel Mocha Frappé

I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.  - Psalm 119:11

8 oz. strong cold coffee

1 oz. whole milk

1 oz. half and half

2 T chocolate malt

1/4 c caramel topping, extra for garnish

1/8 c agave

1 t vanilla

Ice 

Spray whip cream

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend.

Add ice to the top.

Pulverize ice until mixture is smooth.

Top with drizzle of caramel and spray whip cream.

Yum!!!

1 cup very strong coffee
2 T 1/2 & 1/2
1 heaping T Dark chocolate powder (I use Ghirardelli)



Toppings:
whipped cream
Smoked salt
caramel sauce
