[35] Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.

 

1 English cucumber, in uniform slices 1/8 inch thick

1 t kosher salt 

Marinate 15 minutes, drain and pat dry

This insures crispness 

Brine 

3 T white vinegar 

1-2 t white sugar 

1 t brown sugar 

1 t olive oil

1/2 t toasted sesame oil

1 t toasted sesame seeds 

1 T roasted garlic 

1/4 t red pepper flakes 

After drying cucumbers add to brine

Stir

Add to jar and refrigerate
