Japanese Apple Raisin Salad with Toasted Nuts

    [22] It is all one; therefore I say,

2 large Tango apples, sliced thin 

1/4 c sliced thin celery

1/4 c toasted pecans and walnuts, chopped ( toast in microwave1-2 minutes)

1/4 c raisins, black or white

Dressing

3 T Mayo 

2 T sugar

1 T Apple cider vinegar

1/2 c full fat Yogurt 

Pinch of salt

1/2 of a lemon, juice only

Whisk

Pour over fruit and chill. Yum!
