Balsamic Marinated Tomatoes Onions and Croutons






1 Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, for the sake of the faith of God's elect and their knowledge of the truth, which accords with godliness,
2 in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began
3 and at the proper time manifested in his word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior; - Titus 1:1-3






1/4 c Olive Garden dressing
Splash of olive oil
Cap full of aged Balsamic vinegar
Make dressing, add all seasonings, whisk, add to bottom of salad bowl and set aside.

5 Tomatoes , chopped
1 Onion, sliced
Ribbons of Parmesan Reggiano, to equal 1/2 -1 c (I used a potato peeler to make the ribbons)

Seasonings
1/2 t Smoked salt
A few turns of Cracked black pepper
1/2 t Garlic granules
1/2 t dried Dill 
1/2 t dried Parsley
1/2 t dried Rosemary


Croutons made from 3 large slices of White Mountain Bread drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with smoked salt and cracked pepper and grilled on cooktop (bought at Publix)
After grilling, cut into croutons, set aside.

To the salad bowl with the dressing, add the onions and tomatoes, toss.
Fold in croutons.
Add ribbons of cheese.
