    [50] “For this I will praise you, O LORD, among the nations,

        and sing praises to your name.

1 c Crispy bacon, cooked, chopped, set aside

1 lb Chicken Meatballs( brown and set aside) 

* Meatballs recipe

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 t garlic granules 

1/4 t onion powder

1 t beef base seasoning 

2 t half and half

1/2 c Panko 

1 diced Shallot 

1/8 c shaved 3 cheese Italian blend (Sam's)

Pinch red pepper flakes

Put base seasoning in half and half and stir.

Add rest of ingredients.

Mix, hand roll into balls and freeze.

2 t bacon grease or butter

1 c celery

1 c Leeks and onion mix, chopped 

1 c shredded carrots 

2 Yukon Gold potatoes, microwave 1-1/2 min each side, chopped 

2 T chicken base seasoning 

1/2 t onion powder

3 c water

Béchamel sauce

2 t bacon grease or butter

1/8 c flour

1/8 c heavy cream

1/8 c milk

Make and set aside

8 oz chopped Velveeta 

1/4 c sour cream
