6 boneless skinless Chicken thighs 

Mardi Gras seasoning *

Lightly season chicken and set aside

Heat IP on sauté setting to hot

Add 1 T olive oil and sear thighs

Remove 

Add sauce

Cut off IP

Stir just till sauce thickens

Add chicken and turn a few times to coat

Turn IP on pressure cook, put on lid with pressure on

Cook 10 min and do a quick release 

Drizzle with honey 

Serve with buttered sticky rice and 

steamed broccoli 

Sauce

1/4 c Soy sauce

1/2 c apricots

1/4 t coarse black Pepper

1 T mashed Pickled Ginger

1 t ground turmeric 

2 T roasted mashed garlic

Mix and set aside
