Hot Honey Wine Gravy and Chicken Breast

An ej original recipe!! 



4 medium size boneless skinless chicken breast

2 T olive oil

Kinder Wood fired garlic seasoning 

3 T Leeks 

3 T Mushrooms 

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 c Sauvignon Blanc 

1 c water

3 T hot Honey 


Liberally cover both sides of breast pieces with seasoning.

Set IP to sauté, add oil when it gets to hot.

Sear chicken 2-3 minutes each side.

Remove to plate.

Sauté Leeks and mushrooms.

De glaze with wine.

Add water.

Add hot honey.

Add chicken back.

Set to pressure and cook 5 minutes.

Take off pressure after 8 minutes. 

Remove chicken and let rest 5 minutes, then thick slice it.

Served with boiled new potatoes with mixed greens.
