Chicken Thigh Buffalo Bites





























 

 

Psalm 77:13-14


    [13] Your way, O God, is holy.

        What god is great like our God? 

    [14] You are the God who works wonders;

        you have made known your might among the peoples.



1-3/4 lb of Boneless skinless chicken thighs, trim some fat and cut into 2 -3 inch chunks


Marinate overnight in fridge in water just to cover

1/4 c salt

1/4 c sugar

1/4 c Sweet Baby Ray buffalo sauce


Drizzle Spoon Sauce 

1-1/4 c Sweet Baby Ray Buffalo sauce

1/4 c Maple syrup

1 T melted butter

1 t olive oil

Mix and set aside


Crisping slurry for brushing 

2 T olive oil

1 T cornstarch 

Mix and set aside 


Place chicken bites on sprayed with non stick rack on 13x9 foil pan filled with 1/2 c water

Spoon sauce over chicken pieces

Set air Fryer to 375

Cook 20 minutes 

Flip, cook an additional 10 minutes, ck internal temp, should be at least 165 degrees

Brush on crisping slurry

Cook 3-4 minutes until bites begin to crisp

Serve with garlic potatoes and tossed salad
