1 avocado, peeled and chopped 

4 Campari tomatoes, chopped

3 green onions, diced

Dressing 

3 T Olive Garden Italian dressing

1 t sugar 

1 t olive oil

2 T Mayo 

3 T lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Pinch red pepper flakes
