Shrimp and Chicken in Black Bean Sauce

2 c Shrimp and 2 Chicken tender sliced very thin

Dredge

1/2 t Aleppo pepper
2 t Corn starch 
2 t Egg white
2 t Oil for frying( one T for each)

Make 2 things of dredge, set aside.
Fry chicken and shrimp separately. 
Cook 2 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan.
Set aside.

Veggies
1/4 c Thin sliced Onion 
1/4 c thin sliced Red bell pepper
1/4 c thin slicedCabbage
1 small thin sliced Carrot 
1 t roasted Garlic 
1 t Ginger
1 t Oil or clarified butter for sautéing 

Sauté veggies and remove.
Put veggies and meats back in together.
Add the below sauce and cook 2 minutes.
Serve over sticky rice.

Sauce
1 T Clarified Butter
1 t Black bean sauce
1/4 t Anchovy paste
1 at Molasses 
1/4 c Mirin
1/8 c Mushroom Soy sauce
1 T Sesame oil
2 T Honey
1/2 c water 
1 T Corn starch 

Whisk sauce and set aside.
