No Peek Dried Shallot Seasoning Chicken



































8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.

1 recipe of dried Shallot seasoning, recipe this blog under seasoning tab, reserve 1 t to top chicken pieces
1 c long grain rice with wild rice, I used Rice Select blend white, black, red and wild long grain rice found at Walmart 
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 t sage, fresh dried in microwave, covered with damp paper towel and when brittle rub between fingers to grind
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 cans water 
8 Chicken Tenders, I used Costco frozen and I slightly thawed in microwave


Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a 13x9 foil pan, add rice, soups, sage, Worcestershire, water and 3/4 of the seasoning, reserve 1 t to top chicken.
Mix with spoon.
Lay chicken tenders on top, sprinkle the rest of seasoning over them.
Seal with foil and bake 1 hour.
