Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! - Psalm 103:1
2 T Beef base seasoning
1/4 c dried shallots
1/8 t black pepper
1/8 t celery salt
1/8 t smoked paprika
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t parsley
Mix well and store in a jar.
Use in place of dry onion mix.
Use 1 T or more according to taste.
Do not salt your dish, taste then adjust.
