Fresh Sage Rosemary Dill Compound Butter

Room temperature Butter, 1 stick

1 t Fresh sage

1 t Fresh rosemary

1 t Dried dill

1 T Shallots

1/2 t Red pepper flakes

1/4 t Kosher salt

1/4 t Cracked black pepper

Mix all together. 

Place in plastic wrap and mold into log shape. 

Refrigerate.

Serve on warm ribeye slices!
