Cheater Chili's Southwestern Egg Roll

14 For if it is the adherents of the law who are to be the heirs, faith is null and the promise is void.

15 For the law brings wrath, but where there is no law there is no transgression.

Romans 4:14-17

1 Lean Cuisine Santa Fe-style rice and beans
4 T Green Giant Creamed Spinach(I used the left over spinach to make dip, just add 1⁄4 c cheese)

1-1/2 c diced rotisserie chicken breast 2 T red bell pepper, diced
2 T green onion, diced
1 t diced pickled jalapeno

1⁄2 t cumin
1⁄2 t chili powder 1⁄4 t salt
dash cayenne

egg roll wrappers( I love Freida’s)

Cook the rice-bean mixture and the spinach according to box directions. In a bowl, add all ingredients, stir well.
Fill egg roll wrappers and seal with egg wash.
Fry in fry daddy until golden brown.

Avocado Dipping Sauce

1⁄4 c smashed avocado 1⁄4 c mayo
1⁄4 c sour cream
1⁄4 c buttermilk

1 t vinegar from pepper sauce
2 chopped peppers from pepper sauce 1/8 t parsley
1/8 t cilantro
1/8 t onion powder
1 diced green onion
1/8 t sugar
dash dill weed
dash garlic granules
dash pepper 

Mix well!
